Wild Irishman Macushla Pinot Noir 75cl Daiginjo This sake can be enjoyedMacushla comes from the Gibbston Valley near to where Alan Brady planted Central Otago's first Pinot Noir vines 40 years ago. The vines that made this wine were planted in 2003. Production in 2021 was 3540 bottles matured in French oak 25% new. Bright ruby colour in the glass. Sweet red berries and fleshy cherries on the nose, together a hint of baking spices. The palate is soft and round, with generous and seductive fruit softening any tannic grip.
