Maleficents Staff Enchanted Rare, 210/204 First up on our list of cards is Maleficents Staff, an Item card which is most sought after as an Enchanted Rare (and, as Ive already alluded to, youll note that every card on this list appears in its Enchanted Rare form)

The pair were printed in the Lord of the Rings and Streets of New Capenna MTG sets respectively, and see very little constructed play outside of Commander

It wasnt quite as popular, due to the fact that the same card appeared in the set as an actual Enchanted, and it was only played in niche Amethyst/Emerald decks - and only one or two copies at that
