As somebody who specifically plays mono-blue artifacts in cEDH, I cant say Im happy knowing more of my opponents will be playing this card

It's nice if you are built around death triggers of something, like a Commander or such, but otherwise feels too limited, hence it hitting here

These cards will almost certainly be holding their value, Ill tell you that for nothing

Usually, I would prefer to run more efficient card draw, such as Chart a CourseChart a Course

You just sprinkle one or two Citadels and one or two copies of Path of Discovery on top of your normal deck and watch as crowded battlefields turn into massive one-sided routs
